2. Returns and Refunds

You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags intact.

Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once we receive your request and approve the return, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please follow the same process as above. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
